Mud on your hands? Oily gloves? One twist - and it's open. The NiceCNC Anodized Fuel Cap is a complete structural redesign of the OEM 1/4-turn cap, engineered for extreme off-road environments where grip, pressure regulation, and sealing performance matter most.
The 6-flanged outer ring features deep, gear-like grip channels that let you apply force from multiple angles without slipping - even with muddy hands, fuel-covered gloves, or thick winter riding gloves. A factory-molded one-way vent valve continuously balances tank pressure to prevent fuel spray caused by heat expansion or sudden impact.
CNC-machined from aerospace-grade 6061-T6 aluminum, the cap is lightweight, impact-resistant, corrosion-proof, and stable under mud, water, sand, and high heat. A fluororubber O-ring provides superior sealing performance that resists oil, heat, and aging for long-term reliability.
