Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@mischief-offroad.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Further details of our policy are as follows:
Apparel: Returns and exchanges are accepted on Apparel. To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them; unworn, unused, with tags, new and in their original packaging.
Coffee: Bivouac Coffee, VSSL kits, VSSL sets, VSSL Grinders and VSSL Tumblers are final sale items. If we have fulfilled an order in error, exchanges and returns will be accepted upon approval provided the item/items are unused, unopened, sealed, new and in their original packaging.
Gear Shop: Gear shop items are final sale items. If we have fulfilled the order in error, exchanges and returns will be accepted upon approval provided the item/items are unused, new and in their original packaging.
In the event a manufacturing defect prevents an item from working properly and we determine the product was "bad out of the box", we will accept returns and exchanges.
Swag: Swag are final sale items with no returns or exchanges.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are final sale items with no returns or exchanges.
The fine print:
If you change your mind or purchased an item in error, you may return the item. We will retain the original shipping cost and charge a restocking fee of 10% if the item is in its new unworn, unused, original packaging condition. We reserve the right to increase that fee on an individual basis after inspecting the returned item and reserve the right to refuse an item if it doesn't meet the criteria outlined.
If you are requesting an exchange on apparel based upon size, the exchange will be accepted provided the item is in the condition you received it. Shipping for the exchange will be free.
If we have made a mistake in fulfilling the order, both returns/exchanges will be accepted. The item/items will be fully refunded including shipping.
If your return is considered a manufacturing defect, the item/items will be fully refunded including shipping. Evaluation of eligibility will be confirmed upon receipt of your return.
If you are requesting an exchange/return outside of the scenarios outlined in this policy, you may contact us for a review of your specific circumstance, and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.

If your return/exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved and as applicable, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For any exchange items, you will receive the exchange via standard shipping and receive applicable package tracking information.
